Kim Søyland

  • Kim’s passion for business development and customer experience has led to several successful businesses, particularly in, but not limited to, the hospitality industry.

    Kim has more than 15 years of entrepreneurship and seed investment experience and holds leading positions in several industries. He is strong on strategies for creating unique customer experiences and growth. He sees the bigger picture and uses that ability to create business opportunities.

    Before starting Søyland & Co in 2012, and growing the portfolio to what it is today, Kim was a Viacom director with the commercial responsibility for Norway.

Ingrid Wik Pettersen

  • Ingrid loves working with people and seeing commitment, collaboration and creativity come together in ways that lead to success.

    Ingrid has more than 20 years experience within the hospitality industry. Before joining the team, she worked closely with Kim as Commercial Director, managing the growth of byOSLO. Ingrid also served as Managing Director of Gamle Museet, a byOSLO company. In addition to her role in Reiseliv fra Treider i Oslo.
