COLD PRESSED juice is pressure-treated and not pasteurized or from concentrate. The fruit and vegetables are pressed and poured directly in a bottle, without any kind of heat treatment during the process. The secret is cold pressure, or High Pressure Processing (HPP). This ensures quality, while at the same time the raw taste and nutritional content of the raw materials are taken care of in the best possible way.
